Triforce Online FAQ’s

  1. Do we deliver?

Yes Triforce Online does courier all over South Africa using Courier Guy and Postnet, though you may also use your courier of choice, and arrangements can be made.

 

  1. Is this still available?

If the item is available in our store it is most likely in stock, if not we can certainly still; get it in for you.

 

  1. Lead times on components?
If we have the desired Components in stock it is available immediately for collection or shipment, if not please allow 1 – 7 Business Days for us to source your Product , We will keep in touch and you can contact us via Whatsapp, Facebook, Email or Good old fashioned Phone Calls.

 

  1. How can I place an Order at Triforce Online?

We have 4 main ways you can order from Triforce Online.

  • Place an order through the website, follow the prompts and make sure all delivery details are correct.
  • Email at our enquiry inbox sales@triforceonline.co.za
  • Chat to us on Facebook , Whatapp ,Website Chatbot assistant or Phone call
  • We Advertise on Gumtree & OLX
  1. Can I pre-order products that are not in stock?
  • Yes we work with various suppliers and partner channels that we can enquire through, provided 1 – 7 days lead time to do the sourcing.
  1. Is your shop open to public during operating hours?

We are located in 4 main road, farramerre . We are there only on selected days as we working mainly at home to minimize exposure. Due to Covid – 19

 Can I get a refund?

Only if your product is faulty or Dead on Arrivals [DOA] .
Must not have been damaged through Negligence which will Decided after an inspection by us at Triforce Online.
Triforce Online Pays Refunds within 1 – 7 Days from Request.
 
  1. Do any of the Products or PC builds have warranty?
  • Some of our products do have warranty on them please make sure you read the descriptions of the products.
  • Full Pc builds get a warranty of 6 months, should anything happen after the warranty we are still more than happy to assist.
